About The Oast

Hello and welcome so glad you found the website. 

I am Fiona, founder of The Oast Garden - a Scandinavian inspired home, garden and lifestyle store, based in Kent, UK. The Oast Garden was a slow burn evolution of an idea, through lockdown giving me the time to get it growing. It's been a  steep learning curve, with all the website, marketing, products and fulfilment offered by myself but from tiny acorns...

My great grandparents owned a similar kind of store in Copenhagen, and with my grand parents and parents roots firmly in Scotland my generational inspiration is definitely Nordic - embracing slow natural, earthy living and beautiful design.

With a passion for gardening, I wish to bring easy ways of combining tulips and dahlias into collections for you to plant in your garden, useful items and sustainable yet inspired and beautiful items to use all year round.
